Receiving the award and certificate at the National Employment Fund – Responsible Employer of the Year 2025 competition was a deeply moving experience for us. We are proud to have been awarded 3rd place nationally in the small business category.
We believe that as employers, we can never do enough for our colleagues. At the same time, leadership requires stability, clear vision, and responsibility. Balancing these expectations is a complex task, but one we approach with commitment every day. For us, it has become part of our daily routine to check in with our team – to understand how they are doing, what needs to be discussed, and how we can truly see and support one another. A strong community gives back. It creates a positive cycle that benefits everyone.
We entered the competition for the first time last year and we were honoured to receive recognition. We were already thrilled by that achievement. This year's national 3rd place is an even greater honour. As Betti said afterwards, our hearts were overwhelmed – in the best possible way. We are sincerely grateful for this recognition and proud to belong to such an inspiring professional community.
