Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme Plus - Information Block

Introduction of Innovative Solutions
at Remicro Ltd.

  • Beneficiary name: Remicro Telecommunications, Trading and Service Limited Liability Company
  • Project identification number: GINOP_PLUSZ-2.1.3-24-2025-01269
  • Subject of the development: Within the framework of the project, the company’s business innovation activities will be renewed in two key areas: production and manufacturing processes, alongside marketing and/or sales.
  • Contracted grant amount: 25,254,273 HUF
  • Detailed presentation of the project: Currently, Microweb Internet often relies on antenna support structures owned by other service providers, municipalities, or industrial facilities, operating under lease agreements. This creates dependency on external decision-makers, limits development opportunities, and results in ongoing operating costs. One of the project’s key objectives is to introduce the company’s own manufactured metal support brackets and mounting solutions, thereby increasing independence and improving cost-efficiency in installation and network expansion.

The aim of this development is to ensure a high level of service quality by establishing Microweb Internet's own in-house manufacturing and measurement capabilities. This will help to reduce lead times and enable more accurate fulfilment of customer deadlines. The investment also contributes to price optimisation, allows for a faster response to individual customer requirements, and provides greater flexibility in handling order modifications. Altogether, it supports the direct fulfilment of customer preferences and strengthens the company’s competitiveness.

The objective of the "ReConnect – Customer Value Enhancement and Brand Strengthening Strategy" marketing innovation development project is to strengthen and systematically enhance Remicro Ltd’s marketing activities through a two-pillar, mutually reinforcing strategy that contributes to increased revenue and a stronger market position. The first pillar involves the introduction of a retention marketing system built on the existing B2C customer base. Its purpose is to enable structured customer management, detailed profiling, and the reactivation of active subscribers through targeted offers. This level of data-driven customer management has not previously been part of the company’s operations. The database developed as part of the project will therefore enable subscriber segmentation, the identification of upselling opportunities, and the continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction. As a result, revenue from existing customers is expected to increase, alongside improved customer loyalty. The second pillar focuses on the acquisition of professional photography and video equipment, enabling the company to produce high-quality visual marketing materials in-house. The aim is to create modern content that reinforces the company’s brand identity (such as introduction videos, project photography and reference videos), thereby presenting its services in a clearer and more engaging way. In-house content production will improve responsiveness and ensure a consistent visual presence across digital channels, including the company website and social media platforms.

As part of the project, a structured customer database will be established and segmented, targeted communication processes (including upselling campaigns) will be implemented, customer satisfaction feedback will be systematically collected, and the company’s marketing communication toolkit will be visually enhanced. The development places the company on a path towards long-term sustainable growth, increasing revenue from the existing customer base while elevating its marketing activities to a professional standard.

  • Planned completion date of the project: February 28, 2027
  • The project has been implemented with the support of the European Union and co-financing by the Hungarian state.
